When i went looking for my drums for my uds builds, i called a local oil supply company. They referred me to Maxum Petroleum (formaly Canyon State Oil). They sell reconditioned open top drums for $34.00, the drum is used and it comes with a bag liner(it come right out leaving a clean drum) They may not look pretty but they are clean and do not have a sprayed in liner that food grade drums have.

They are located at 2640 n 31st ave. South of Thomas, just past (south of) the railroad tracks on the west side of the street, go to the will call office (south side of the building and follow the signs) they will bring the barrels to you  Cool   hope this helps.
