Thanks for the help with my basket.  Cooked some pork loin this weekend and it worked much better than the original design.  It was much appreciated!

I've had my diffuser from Fat Charlie for almost a year and I can tell you the results have been outstanding.  The heat is more spread out and not so centered, the drippings sizzle on the diffuser and add to the flavor of the meat.

Highly recommended.
