Took longer than I wanted but I was finally able to go to Catalina BBQ the night before last. In a word...AWESOME!! Went with some other friends that never really had good que. Started with the loaded potato skins. They were super good. I has the ribs for the entree and my wife got brisket, burnt ends, and pulled pork. It was all really good. Met Jody and Matt. There were super cool. Matt even gave us a little tour of the kitchen and their smokers. I'm glad I was able to get there before the team leaves for Florida. Had a great time with great food and excellent company. Thanks Cataline BBQ Co. Had a good time.
