Our old BBQ club used to hold a lot of events in the open lot next to Waldo's. I haven't been there for years, but this recent review brought it back to mind.

I don't think I have ever seen a critic write such a nice review and only give an establishment 1/2 out of 5 stars. :-\

It looks like they gave it 3 & 1/2 stars.

If you like a "boiled in water" taste and consistency to your meat, then Waldo's is the place for you. Regretfully, it's on my DNR list.

Mark, 3.5 stars in their headline but look on the right side of the column and read the rating.

I would imagine that is a typo when compared to the overall glowing attitude of the article. If they had trashed it then I would guess that the headline was a typo. I don't think they ever gave anything just a half star.

It could be a typo, could be their overall impression but guaranteed poor journalism as presented.
