I used the search with no luck.. So, sorry if this restaurant has been posted before but here we go.

The Barbecue Company Grill and Cafe
4636 South 36th Street
Phoenix, AZ.

The guys from work took me there for lunch today and it actually pretty good, I order the "Big Butt" which is a pulled pork sandwich. I hear they have a BBQ buffet one day a month, I'll figure out what day it is and post for your enjoyment.

Izzat place just a couple blocks north of Roeser? I used to work on the corner @ roeser, and they bought us lunch from there once--I was field service, and I got to the meeting late, missed most of it. Always packed at lunchtime, though.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

I have eaten there and the food is really good. I think they are only open for lunch.

I have eaten at this place a few times and loved it!  it is my understanding that they have a buffet on Wednesdays.  Get there early because it fills up by noon but worth the wait.
