Spent the Holidays in Albuquerque at my daughters and went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Taylor tried pulled pork and ribs and I did a nice little sirlion and some ribs.  Overall pretty good and the dinner rolls are friggin fantastic!

The one up here is pretty good also...might be the best steak house around these parts...the ribs were crispy but fell off the bone, i would guess they are boiled and then grilled but they tasted ok.

When my dad visited from DC, he said they were the best ribs he has ever had. Well from a resturant. We love the rolls. I get the chicken with black beans, ummmm.

This resturant is just off the I-25 @ San Mateo -- if your comiong to RRP&B might be a place to try ---
PS -- rolls are to die for -- chicken fried steak not bad in my book -
