On the southside of Union Hills, just east of the 101 in Glendale, in a small strip shopping center is a place called Sir Charles BBQ. The sign has been on the building for nearly a year and yet it still sits empty Does anyone have an idea what's going on there??? I looked in the window and I can see a big commercial smoker in the back and that's about it. What's the plan???
