Well while on my honeymoon with the ball and chain so fare we have stopped at 2 BBQ restaurants Sally's BBQ being first and here's the results.
First the 1/2 rack
While it was smoked right the flavors were just not there.

Pulled pork sandwich
Again well cooked but after a few bites the magic was gone.

While the food was well cooked and staff friendly and caring in the end its about the Q and it was lacking.
