Midwestern Meats is opening up a BBQ Joint;

Porkopolis.
The evolution of BBQ.
An urban smokehouse
Menu will consist of the classics Smoked Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork and Baby Back Ribs featuring Brady's Deluxe Sauce line. We will also feature great salads, fish entrees, steaks, and burgers.

Interesting.  I always go there for my meat.  Had a steak in their restaraunt and it was ok though parking is always hell.  Hopefully this one will have more spaces!

Interesting, I've been doing business with them for over six years and have never had a problem parking.  question

Porkopolis is also tied to Brady Bogan, radio host at KUPD (Holmberg's morning sickness).  If anyone listens, you know about Brady's tendancy to throw his weight around to get free stuff at local restaurants.  I suggest trying to do the same here.  Tell them you're a loyal listener and see if you can get a free side or a drink.
SIDE NOTE:  Porkopolis does not do lunch.  Open at 3pm.  I would assume that will change - although they are not in lunch-friendly location for many businesses, that is too big of a missed opportunity.  Seriously, guys, open a few hours earlier!!

Planning to try this spot tonight. Tried Rudys for Fathers day. Good everything except Brisket.
