Was at Texas Roadhouse last night on Stapley.  Next door was a new restaraunt under construction called Piggly's at the Fair.  I have no idea if they are a BBQ exclusive joint or what but looked interesting.  It also looked to be suicide opening up next to Texas Roadhouse lol.

I can't find a website, but from the colors and pattern of the graphics in your photo, it looks like it might be these characters. The one huckster is pretty funny in this video.
