For those of you who haven't lately been East of the Wabash River in the gracious state of Indiana, there is a well hidden secret just a few miles off of I-70 (exit 23) in a small town called Brazil (we laugh that we can go from Poland to Brazil or Mexico without crossing the ocean) called Pappy's BBQ on US 40 (National Avenue). His brisket is to die for. If you come our way, be sure to stop.
