Title: Opening my own joint! In Minnesota

Decided to try my luck and buying my own place.   So in March we will be opening up in Winnebago Minnesota..  If any of you ever get up this way stop on in for the AZ BBQ treatment.

Well good new in Minnesnowta you can cold smoke a lot of that Wisconsin Colby almost year around...Good Luck
