After talking with Bear today, he got me hungry for some BBQ, so while I was out and about today, I had time to stop by Ono Hawaiian BBQ in Avondale at:

13070 W. Rancho Santa Fe. Blvd
Suite # C-7
Avondale, AZ 85323
(623) 536-0188

I ordered their #3 combo which was Crispy Shrimp, Mahi-Mahi & BBQ Chicken.  It was very good, the Shrimp was fantastic as was the Mahi-Mahi.  The chicken was a bit overdone for my taste, but it was still OK.  The resturant was very clean and the service was fast, polite and accurate which is very important when you are on a schedule.

It certainly hit the spot today.  Not as good as genuine BBQ, but for fast food BBQ, it was good.

Anyone else eat here recently?  Post your feedback.

Bear,  I have their menu with all the locations on it, here are those address:

Scottsdale:

15560 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd.
Suite # B-10
Scottsdale, AZ 85260
(480) 661-9168

Phoenix:

3923 E. Thomas Rd.

The Scottsdale one would work great for me, or maybe even HoneyBears in Downtown Phoenix would be good.  Let me know.
