I made a run down to Phoenix Public Market today, needing to find Grady Blair, from Grady's BBQ. While I was wandering around trying to find his booth, I stumbled across Pork on a Fork. The young lady in the booth dished a sample of Pulled Pork for me. WOW! it was great! I shot some of their house rub on it, and it's really good too. And a great name on that stuff, on top of it all. BOLD-R-dash. Love it!
I'll have to try to get over to their restaurant. As soon as I start makin' money. I just can't afford ink for my printer yet.
