Good Morning all,
Well we made it to Nashville so far and stopped in Memphis for a day. We decided to try some local BBQ while there. We ended up going to Central BBQ which is "supposed" to be one of the top places. In one sentence, we had much better at the comp in Havasu and Mesa! We got ribs and they were undersmoked and way,way over done to the point that as soon as you touched 'em they fell apart.
The sauce was good though and the mustard slaw was good as well...
