Mark, I keep thinking that the Cowgirls Steakhouse that closed on Dysart/McDowell would make a good "western" bbq restaurant..especially when the Estrella Mall goes in in 2016

I bet it would. The area has been waiting for the mall forever. I did the advertising for Estrella Mountain Ranch a decade ago and back then you had to drive ten miles to buy groceries beyond what their Circle K (renamed Elliot Market) could offer. There are a lot of people there being underserved in both shopping and dining options.
