Crappo, Scott R...I missed you by a day...I deliver auto parts, and I have 5 or 6 stops within half a mile of there...And I blab about the astonishing brisket to almost all my accounts...I was able to prove it to 2 of them---left samples at 32nd St. and Thomas and 24th and Indian School. Either I need cases of brisket for practice, or I should give up the chase entirely. Based on $, it'll be the latter!

And try the beans! Crikey!!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Finally, we were able to get over to Little Miss BBQ! All I can say is Scott that was fantastic.  Cheri and I are very happy for you, and it was great seeing you and Travis.

Can't wait to get back in town and try this place.  Dethroning the king IMO (Texas House BBQ) will be tough however.

The east valley folk do tend to over hype their restaurants  ;) (A little friendly fire don't get your panties in a twist)

Going from 16th Street to 43rd Street constitutes going from the west valley to the east valley? The two joints are less than 5 miles apart. You don't even have to traverse the mighty Salt River to get from one to the other. ;)

Just got back from an awesome lunch.  Scott was behind the counter so I didn't get to chat with him, just to say bye.  I had a great chat with Quintin outside though.  Had the brisket and sausage with the grits on the side.  I can see why everyone has been raving about the brisket on here.  The rub was freakin' awesome.  The sausage and grits were great.  My wife and sister in law said my pork is better but I'm not sure I agree.  It was great with the mustard sauce they got.  Looking forward to going out there again.  Keep it up guys!
