I just went to the Dickey's here in Meridian, ID and it was great.  As a family we got there pulled pork, brisket, and chicken which had a new Italian seasoning.  Everything tasted liked it was right off the grill.  The taste was impressive and we will go back.  For sides we got the beans, cole slaw and when in Idaho you have to get the potato!

I still think you should launch and Idaho Barbeque.com Mike, there is nothing us like it.  You can make 2 - 3 trips a year up here for the socials and events.

I also need you to send me a good AZ Barbeque care package.  One of my co-workers loves BBQ and I was telling him about the great things everyone does in AZ.

I didn't even realize until just now that Millie won the Grand Prize at the Grand Opening.  I didn't look deep enough into that picture.

Went by Dickey's Today for Lunch with the family and Mitch was still riding a High from yesterday.  He is still so happy that Millie won the TV and that it was going to someone in the BBQ Community.

Tried their Brisket sandwich and their hot links sandwich today and they were great.  Of course, I had to have the spicy sauce on them.

Great stuff, if you get a chance, stop in there and Say, "Hello" to Mitch and his crew over there.  Tell them AZBarbeque sent you.

It is a national chain, but this is a franchised Restaurant.

Sounds like Dickey's is the place to be in Arizona.  I took my team to the local place here in Idaho.  They all loved it.  There seems to be a real community of BBQers up here in this wonderful place.  I meet some wielders today who say they might be interested in learning how to make some grills similar to the ones on this site!
