Haven't tried the others, but Joe's in Gilbert is fantastic.  Jumbo potato stuffed with bbq.  Yum.

The star ratings look about right compared to what I've heard, with the possible exception of Stacy's. I haven't had ribs at a restaurant in years. Hopefully that will change in 2010. But only if I get a job in a rib restaurant, at this rate!!

Bobby-Q's isn't bad, the ribs are good the brisket is another story.

Shane's Rib Shack?  Gallaghers?  Did they even really go to any restaurants or did they just Google who had ribs in Phoenix?!  I've been to Shane's and, if you don't know BBQ, then they are an acceptable substitution.  Once you've had real, quality BBQ, they are not acceptable.  These lists always make me laugh and there isn't even a person to contact!  I'm surprised they put a special honorable mention to McDonald's and the McRib!!
