I haven't been there. But I saw a trailer pit today, and I had to go look at it. It belongs to Bryan Proby. Some of you football fanatics may think that sounds familiar. He played DE for KC Chiefs, and now has opened Big Belly's BBQ at University and Priest. And his pit is awesome! And it smelled great, too!
Check it out sometime. He said he lived in KC, but didn't even mention his past. Great guy. I'm betting the food is pretty good, too.

Don't waste your time that place is terrible. Meat is greasy and overcooked well that's how it was when we went.
