I went to this yesterday. I've never in my life seen a line like this. We arrived right at 4pm and the line was already out the door, around the corner, and twisted all the way down the street. i'm pretty sure the entire population of gilbert was there. you have to hand it to the staff at joes though. they were like machines. and the food was fantastic as usual. i can only image how many pounds of pork they went through yesterday.
by the time we made it through the line and ate our food (about 1.5 hours) the length of the line had doubled.
