The planets finally aligned, when I wound up in the same complex, when I had some extra $, for late lunchtime, when I was hungry. I got to eat at Pork On A Fork yesterday. I got a burrito, which can be had with brisket, pulled pork, or combo. I got combo. They put black beans and cheese in it. I chose waffle cut fries and their BBQ beans w/brisket chunks as my sides. I still feel full, a day and a half later. I got a sample chunk of their brisket while I waited. WOW! And their pork is quite good too. I had my burrito nekkid/sauceless. Great stuff! I highly recommend it. Now if the planets would align for TxBBQ....

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Lucky you Dave.  POAF is so far from me but whenever I am in the north valley I never hesitate to stop in for some smokey goodness.  Texas BBQ House is a much different experience than POAF.  Just as good but totally different.
