It is even further broken down to personalized, not just regionalized.  Meaning, take 20 people from any region (Texas, KC, whatever) and they will for the most all have different opinions of what BBQ is good. 

That is why I hate when people ask what style of BBQ we have.  It is our own style, but it starts with well cooked BBQ.
