Anthony, the best days are Tuesday and Wednesday but if you want to try the Pastrami, that is on Thursday and we have the monster beef short ribs on Friday and Saturday. I always recommend getting there early and hanging out, talking barbecue and enjoying some ice cold water, shade and some Cash, Waylon and Willie on the speakers. Early on Tues & Wed is around 10:30 and it's around 10 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you want to risk not getting all the meats, our line is about 8 deep but steady from 12:45 on.
