Vertical barbecue smoker. American made in Tempe Arizona. Built soild as a rock and made to last. This smoker has a super efficient design with the firebox directly underneath the cooking chamber. This allows the heat to sink into the 3/16" plate steel of the smoker and keep the heat inside. You can burn charcol or wood logs. The dual 4"x10" smoke stacks allow plenty of ventilation if you plan on burning straight logs in the firebox. Burning logs in a smoker with less than adequate ventilation can cause off taste to your meat due to over smoking and or creosote. This smoker also has the air intake ports under the heavy duty fire grate. This allows for the ultimate heat control and proper fuel combustion. The whole air intake unit can be removed with two screws to allow for ash cleanout. The doors are sealed with very high-temp gaskets. A 3" glow in the dark thermometer is attached to the cook chamber door. The smoker is sprayed with high-temp satin black paint. The smoker rolls around on two 8" solid rubber ball bearing wheels with 5/8" galvanized axle rod (to prevent rust). This smoker has three levels of dampers. Two air intake dampers on bottom, one slide damper inside smoker between firebox and cook chamber and a damper on the top of each smoke stack. Plenty of heat control. Smoker is completely welded and sealed. Smoker has 4 slide out cooking grates (19"x19") spaced 6" apart. Smoker has a heat deflector that allows you to put disposable foil pan on top to act as water pan. The smoker has a 34" tall x 20" deep x 20" wide cook chamber. Smoker has 14" tall x 20" wide x 20" deep fire box. Smoker is about 62" tall from smoke stack to bottom of wheel. All in all this is a very well built and thought out smoker.
