I bought this a few years ago and used it a handful of times until my smoking out-grew it
This is about 20" square and uses sawdust or small chips and I'll throw in all I have left (I believe some cherry and alder). Comes with four racks, one artfully modded by me to accept a half size foil pan. Would probably work well for jerky and fish too as you can run this at very low temps (~160 or so).
