It's kinda ok for money I guess...had a chargriller smoke n pro in Hawaii, cause..well...I was in Hawaii..They are thin, leak like a sieve and need uninteruppted attention...you can do some cheap mods to make life a "little" easier...charcoal baskets and minion method is a joke. Had some days where it held steady, and others where i'd have temp dips and spikes...better to just add a handful of fuel to maintain...with some mods you can at least get rid of hotspots and avoid rotating the meat constantly...all in all...I'd rather make some homemade stacker for my weber kettle grill or a bds than mess around with an SnP. If it's what ya got...i can work. If you don't mind camping in the yard with a cooler full of beverages and have good tunes it can work. Outside of that...keep looking down the road.
