I love my Pro Q that's all I really have to say except, Hey I just made my first posting!!

Kerwin, congrats on your first post, you are no longer a Lurker...  Hope to see many more...

BTW, Kerwin is also going to be competing in his first contest up in Prescott, we are excited to see him an all the other new teams coming out and enjoying these cook-offs.  That's what it's all about.

Crash, do you have a Paypal account?  I'd love to get one, maybe even two, but I just sent in my $$ for the Festival contest and I don't have a lot of extra cash lying around right this minute.
Thanks!

Whoooohoo got home yesterday from work related school and unpacked the ProQ I picked up Wednesday from Crash.  Cracked open a beer and started to put the legs on.  When all was done with the added middle section the damn thing comes up to my chin!!!  Can't wait to break it in!

PS: This unit was supposed to be a birthday gift for my future son- in- law, well he decided to leave my daughter for an ex girlfriend so I figure his loss!!

Thanks Crash for the deal!!

Better now than after they got married.  Sucks in the short run, but better off in the long run,

Sorry, for your daughter

Geez, that stinks, but it is better now as opposed to after you spent all your BBQ money on the wedding!!!  Besides, she's just a youngin', she needs to have some fun and find the right one.

Grats Kerwin, keep it up. As for the Pro Q, its not in my budget at this time. Though I would definetly consider it in the future.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!

Pretty funny today, my wife walked by the super tall new unit in the garage and never said a word.  I did not mention picking it up on my trip.   I just keep waiting for her to say "hey what s this!"...
