Decent price, I'd offer $10.  If you get it for $20, might be worth it.  Those offsets can clean up nice with a few hours of work an can usually be dumped on CL for about the same price.

It's the crappy thin metal version, $10 is a reach.  you can tell by the propane starter hanging off of it.  the older heavy ones don't have that feature.
