Hello everyone - I am working with Green Mountain Grills and holding a BBQ 101 Class at their warehouse in the Scottsdale Airpark. It is currently scheduled for Saturday Dec. 3rd from 8am - 5pm. We will be covering the 4 competition meats (chicken, pork ribs, pork shoulder and brisket). Meat selection, trimming, injections, rubs and sauce are covered as well as presentation and tips/techniques for cooking on a GMG. The cost is $275/person and the class is limited to 20 people.
