Title: hydraulically controlled smoker?

Not sure how this works?  Might be an issue since the guy is in Texas and we all know how much Texans hate OU!

Not sure what the hydraulics do, other than maybe raise the awning section.

I'd be afraid of it. I have hydraulphobia. ???
