I'll wait on getting another smoker... As I was saying last week, My wife is already giving me a hard time for not using my gas grill. My response to her: Be quiet and eat... You like the food right?  Ok, I didn't say it exactly like that. It was more like Ok, I'll do better to use both grills just to make you happy, whatever you say... Haha!
