At $2200 a 1982 Grumman Kurbmaster step van is a good buy.  This van has all aluminum body and will be very easy to add kitchen equipment and turn into a food truck.  Back doors are barn doors.  350 Chevy engine, runs good.  Fair tires. This would be an excellent food truck project to go with your BBQ unit for catering, competitions, etc. Note: Just drove the step van from Montrose Colorado to Mesa Arizona.
