This Smoker was purchased in 2006 and is in excellent condition. It tows well and all options work. It has the following options:
Wood baskets under the cooking chamber and in front of the fire box.
Two Propane burners.
Propane fire starter.
Gas grill attachment.
Chrome smoke stacks.
Chrome Wheels.
I have cooked over 250 pounds of meat at one time with space still available. This smoker is set up to be used with a Stoker (computerized fire control) and the 25cfm fan goes with. I have successfully used this smoker for several BBQ competitions and other events. Please call Patrick at 623-695-6617 with any questions.

The dog in pic # 2. That's our pup, Roux...9 months...50 pounds...not an ounce of quit in her. Makes me tired.

It does have the steamer and no, it does not require a Stoker. Happy to answer any questions.

Hey Everyone,
Still looking to sell the DP. The price is now at $3500.00. I see a lot of talk of new teams forming and we are certainly seeing more and more interest in the obsession we call BARBEQUE. This is a great cooker! Give me a call and come check it out!!

that is a great deal for sure.. the dp's are great.... don't know what one would find for the price of size and quality... great idea for new teams.......total buy in and own a piece of the steel............. it's a sure steal.......

Nope...not gone yet. There are a lot of competitions coming up. Time for a new team to pick up this DP and start practicing. 8)

Tempting...I'll have to talk to House 6. Have been admiring the DP smokers for a while now. El Mirage is a lot shorter drive from Sierra Vista than San Angelo is. The fact that my mother-in-law lives in San Angelo less than a mile from the factory makes buying local even more attractive.

Gotta Love San Angelo, their college there is also ASU....
They do have a pretty cool town there, they just weren't in town long enough to enjoy it..

We wanted to get out of town ASAP!! The downtown area looked like Beirut or some demilitarized zone in a third world country!!

I went to a military intel conference in San Angelo last month; first time I'd been there since '94. The town's grown considerably, and the folks're nice. I didn't get out for much barbecue, but Old Time Pit ain't bad, though it seems they Texas crutch their brisket 'til there's no bark. I think their sausage is their main draw; it was pretty good.

The DP was out at Scottsdale this past weekend and performed like a champ. I had some of my competition meats on the small side and put a case each of pork shoulder and brisket on the other side. We pushed 150lbs of meat (precooked) out in PC and had customers for more. It's a great way to help pay for the entry fee and supplies. I had a lot of folks look it over and seemed interested. As much as I love to cook on the DP...it's time for it to go!

Hey new teams out there! I had the oppertunity to cook on this at Scottsdale and it was fantastic. Smokes like a champ, easy to use and will surley be the focal of ur new or even an established team, common guys! Its a a steal, come and get it!!!

Thanks Patrick. I hope to carry the tradition of this smoker onward. Hopefully by next week, i'll post pics of the new paint job. And the biggie of next week, think we will fire up that baby and she what she does. Mouth is already watering. :)
