Custom Drip pan under the smoker is the secret for custom water smoking which with the water steam enhances flavoring and basting.
Side has a built in burner to hold a Stock pot to cook bean, corn, jambalaya, or even deep fry.
On the other side of the trailer it has a NSF approved stainless-steel 3 compartment sink with deep sinks and the drain boards. A NSF hand washing sink. A 10 gallon electric water heater that runs off 110v. It has a 32 gallon fresh water storage tank. This unit hooks up to standard fresh water hose or can pump from tank with a new Sur-Flo water pump that has a brand-new 12v battery. It has a 42 gallon Gray water tank on the unit to collect the gray water.
It also has a NSF SS Beverage Air double door refrigerator towards the rear and a smaller freezer towards the front of the trailer.
All of this is built on a 3500 pound axle. Has good tires, brand new wired in running lights. Brand new spare tire. Hitch uses 1-7/8" ball with adjustable stand. The total size of trailer is 10 ft long by 7 ft wide. Has a Clear Arizona Title.
