She did wish me luck on learning how to cook on it ---

I just picked up a bunch of Chafer holders and Sterno cans for just $20 from Craigslist.  I love that place..

Wish I could have had someone bring back that Cambro you had, they are hard to find on Craigslist, but I will keep looking... 

Over the past few weeks, I have gone to 5 Restaurant Liquidations and picked up some nice stuff.  I Love It....

Nice score, but did the WSM do some bad to have Coors Openned on it??  A WSM for a C note needs a good Sammy or something along that refined line.
