Grady Blair, of Grady's BBQ, will have to end his foray into restauranting, due to health reasons, I'm sad to say. His restaurant hasn't been exactly gangbusters there on 19th Ave., but he's been holding his own. And the folks I've told of his food have all been very pleased. He talked to me at Sam's the other day, said he wants to lease out the kitchen for someone looking for a licensed kitchen for catering purposes. I told him I'd post the information here. So there youse guys go. If you're looking for a licensed complete kitchen for catering puropses--or purposes, either one--check with Grady's, east side of 19th Avenue about 1/4 mile south of Cactus. He has a flattop, some fryers, I think he said stove. They made him take the smoker off premises! Nazis!

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
