Hey all, due to my Folks recent Health problems, we have decided to sell our Catering Kitchen.
It's been a great Trailer and we have enjoyed many great events with it. It is still practically new as we have only done big events with it.

It is fully approved for Maricopa County and has the proper Fire Suppression system for all Arizona Cities.

I can attest that it is an absolutely pristine rig and fitted with all the bells & whistles to help crank out a ton of food. Great buy for anyone who can put it to good use.

This trailer is a great kitchen, I have cooked in it on many of the events. Everything is in great condition, and will handle anything.

Steve, not sure where you are getting your pricing, but ours was close to $40K brand new. Even looking now, I can't find any for less than $36K.
We had to completely change out the water tanks as the one from the manufacturer did not meet Maricopa county standards.
In addition to modifying the trailer to adhere to the Maricopa County standards, we added the larger Griddle and 2 Burners after purchase, we added on the auto jack and leveling jacks, put in drawers, a split electric box so the AC can run separate from the rest of the trailer if needed and put on larger, more heavy duty rims & tires (these alone were over $2500).
Are you asking because you are interested or just to stir up controversy?? If it's a legit question, I'm more than happy to answer and provide detailed invoices & such when viewed.
Please advise.

Pete, no, I'm not familiar with those out there, but Maricopa is supposedly one of the toughest in the Nation from what I hear.
We had to redo the entire plumbing system from the Manufacturer specs because Maricopa County does not count the water heater as total water whereas the rest of the nation does. Things like that.
It's a great Trailer Pete, you would LOVE it.
