Title: Catering Kitchen Business for Sale
Post by: Mike (AZBarbeque) on August 03, 2007, 03:24:36 pm: Hey all, some of you know my "Real Job" is selling Real Estate. Well, on this new listing I just got, it goes right along with the BBQ portion of what I do as well.

I just got a listing for a HUGE Catering Kitchen (4480 sq ft.) located in the Scottsdale Airpark. If you or anyone you know is interested in running a Catering business, this setup would get you off the ground running immediately.

The current owner has put over $1.5 million into it in the past 2 years and it shows. Everything is state of the art and high tech. He is only asking $450K for it right now. If we have to list it up on the main resturant sales sites, we are going to have to raise that price.

Attached is an inventory list that lists most of what is included. The inventory alone is worth more than the asking price and it is all in great condition.

It come with a Southern Pride 1600 that has very few hours on it and is also in fantastic condition.

I will post some pictures of it as soon as I get them, probably early next week.

The landlord is willing to write up a new lease, e-mail me if you are interested in the terms of that.

This would be the perfect turnkey operation. If you are looking to get into or expand your own catering company, this kitchen is for you.
