Smoker/Trailer $7999

Unique design for reverse flow of heat and smoke. No cold spots within cooking chamber. Great smoker with 39.6 sq ft of cooking space. Two separate smokers in one. Set up for wood smoking, propane starter and extra heat for cooking.
Heat and smoke can be regulated.  Two propane burners; one for starter and other for extra heat.  Fire box well constructed, 1/4-inch reinforced to prevent warping, 30 inch and can accommodate 18 to 24-inch logs. Drip pan can be used for water steam and enhanced flavoring/basting.   Extra stock pot burner on the side for jambalaya, beans, corn, etc.
Set and well balanced on heavy-duty trailer with 3600-pound axle.  Good tires on smoker trailer.  Hitch uses 1-7/8-inch ball with adjustable stand.  
Customized and fitted with a stainless-steel NSF 3-hole sink, 10-gallon electric water heater 110-volt, 32-gallon fresh water storage tank, new Sur-Flo water pump DC powered, new stainless-steel hand sink.  Gray water tank still needs to be installed.  Unit hooks up to standard fresh water hose.
Can be used for retail.  Includes 1/4 cord of pecan wood.
