I posted this about a year or so ago after I had fallen and shattered my kneecap. Recovery was slow, and getting around some days is a little difficult.
My wife's health isn't so good lately either.
I think it's time for us to get out of the BBQ biz.
For those who've never been here, the restaurant seats 45+, and is located on highway 93 in Wikieup, halfway between PHX and Vegas.
It sits on 3 acres of mostly undeveloped land. (lots of parking)
The kitchen is well equipped, with a J&R Oyler for a smoker. Also on site is a 50' mobile home for living quarters, along with a large storage shed/workshop.
The restaurant has a stand alone power plant for when power is interrupted.
There's lots of amenities, too many to list.
So if anyone out there, including someone you may know, is ready to get into the restaurant business, here's an opportunity to get into a well established facility with built in clientele.
We are looking to sell for $275K. I would be open to offers, and possibly consider carrying some of the financing.

I will be happy to chat with anyone seriously interested, and can be contacted at eajbbq@gmail.com.
