We have a monster upright smoker from the early 1920-1930's from an old Chinese restaurant family. It is solid!!! It has double steel walls that are about 6 feet tall, this thing can hold a lot!!! I can't describe it and pictures don't do it justice, this is a historical antique piece of culinary excitement. This thing weighs about 1,000lbs maybe more, we can load it with a bobcat, we can deliver for a price to be negotiated with the bobcat operator. If you've been to Berry Bros, you may have seen it, it is really cool, it needs a great home!!!
