Hey all, I'm selling one of my FEC's. Need to raise some cash for other projects.

This is a Fast Eddy Smoker by Cookshack: FEC100. It is a 100% wood-burning, pellet-fired smoker. It has a Cookshack IQ4 electronic control system. Simply set the digital controls for temp and time and the cooker does it all for you.

This smoker has a fast start up, continuous even heat, and precise temperature control. You will have consistent results every time on your end product. It is NSF approved.

We have used this cooker in 3-1/2 seasons in competition cooking with excellent results. This cooker has been thoroughly cleaned and is in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically. It has new door gaskets as well.

This smoker comes with four 40 lb. bags of apple wood pellets which will get you cooking the same day you bring it home. It also comes with a Cookshack 10 rib rack. Also included is the Cookshack 7 rack system (7 racks instead of the standard 4 racks.) This increases your capacity by 40%

I've seen these units in action and Jim's right, they are incredible.

If this was 6 months from now I would be all over it.. We are just not in spot right now to pull the trigger.  This is what i am looking for, for the country club when we take over in the spring.. Damn
