Hey all, I just got off the phone with a local Iconic Restaurant on the outskirts of town and they are looking to hire a Pit Master for their operation and several pit crew members to assist.
They have several Large smokers and are putting out over 1000 lbs of meat each week.

This job is no joke, it's a hands on, full time job that they need someone reliable and with a great work ethic. But it's also a chance to run your own show or work as part of a pit crew and learn on the go.
If I didn't already have 4 jobs on my plate, I would certainly apply for this as it's that good and fun of a job.
