Alright Mike, here's another one for ya:

Seafood Tater Salad

Add to any mustard based (I like mine to be a mix of Mayo and Dijon) tater salad the following in the amounts that your taste buds desire:

Finely chopped red onion
Chopped crab or lobster meat
Ground Black Pepper (Cayenne if you like a nice kick in the back side)
Fresh chopped parsley

Mix the above into the tater salad and then sprinkle the top with a little sweet paprika and more parsley and serve.

Ok I to a surf and turf burger I add gound sirloin and ground chuck total weight 10 lbs , I add 4 egss for the binder, fresh crab meat, cheddar cheese, onions some of my bbq rub of course its good on anything , form patties about 3/4 to 1 inch thick . Place on grill , turn till desired temp , not pressing down on burgers , ad a few strips of bacon to each one and what ever elese anyone wants and have a feast. I call em Walter Burgers . Lets just say if you go away hungry form one of my cookouts at the house , its your own fault !!!!
