Looking for some suggestions here. What does everyone do with the leftover meat after trimming down spares?

We Typically give it out as Rib Tips for People's choice or cut it up into some Chili.

Usually snack on the rib tips or use the meat for soup or some type of tacos or enchiladas

They usually cook quicker and get munched on whilst flipping and spritzing the racks o' ribs. :P

I snack on them as well. I guess during the comp we can use them for people's choice like everyone else does.
