Every Sunday, growing up. Standing rib roast with Yorkshire pudding, oven roasted potatoes and oven roasted carrots. I can still usually make a mean Yorkshire. Great with brisket!

oh no, too late!, when I followed the link, I got a video for making popovers, which are little egg/flour/milk quick breads baked in muffin tins. I have now seen the oven smoked ribs. And I'd like to sell him foil too!
