Very funny to see this post this morning and comment, then tonight at the local farmers market here in French Valley, CA I ran into a newly formed Sauce & Marinade business. They call themselves "Tats" sauces & marinades...Well they just so happen to have a BBQ sauce they call "BLACK DAHLIA" that has the Bhut Jolokia "Ghost Pepper" in it as well as a hot sauce they call "6 FEET UNDER" http://tatsoriginal.com Check em out.

I went to a bunch of hot sauce websites last night, because I decided I was going to buy some Rectal Rocket Fuel Jamaican Jerk Sauce. For a standard 5 oz. bottle, I could pay from $4.85 to $6.00. And to have it shipped, was another $9.00!! I guess I'll wait. It sure was tasty stuff, though. I just wonder how hot I'll find it now, 3 years removed from when I first tried it.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
