Here is a recipe for the burgers I make all the time. It ain't BBQ, but it is damn sure tasty. i get lots of compliments when I cook these. Let me know what you think.

Peteís Perfect Patties

No Measurements, just put how much everything that you think will be good. If you like lots of seasoning add a lot, if you like mild seasoning use a little.

3 LB of Ground Beef
1 Egg
Around an oz or 2 of your favorite BBQ sauce
Salt
Garlic powder
Garlic pepper (regular Pepper will work 2)
Chopped up onion
Finely chopped garlic

Mixed everything together in a bowl

You will be making two patties per burger and inserting cheese into the middle of the burger. You can use any cheese you like. I prefer montery jack, but any cheese will work.

If you havenít seen your cardiologist yet and miss him, you can get a little crazy and add some bacon between the patties along with the cheese.

3 lbís of Ground beef will yield 6 to 7 burgers. I know that seems like very few, but if try to get 9 or ten, the burgers will end up being tiny.

While cooking, squirt a little Worchestier on the burgers. Cook like a normal burger and serve. Adding cheese on top of the burger is optional.

These burgers are great, I get a lot of compliments on these whenever I cook them and I am sure you will too 

Now that I have showed you my secret. Share a recipe of your own that is tasty.

Dank,

Great recipe.

For my Burgers, I mix in a few bags of Onion Dip, italian bread crumbs and some of DDog's rubs.  Other than that, I make them the same way.

I love putting the 2 patties together with the cheese and onions in the middle, they are fantastic...

Great Recipe..

I like using onion soup mix for a meat seasoning. At times I will stuff the burgers with various things. One of my favorite burgers is instead of onion soup mix, I use a greek seasoning, stuff the burger with feta, and serve on a bun or in pita bread, just folded over with green leaf lettuce, tomato, red onion and homemade tzaziki.

 For Tzaziki I use

1 small container of plain yogurt
1/4 c tehini (look in kosher foods section)
2 cloves garlic, minced with the germ removed
 juice of one lemon
about 2-3 tbsp of fresh chopped dill or 2 tsp dried dill weed
a good pinch of salt, a few grinds of pepper
2 tbsp ex. V Olive oil

 Mix in a blender.

For these "Gyro" burgers, you could use a 50/50 mix of ground beef and ground lamb.
