Pork Brisket

Hi All,

While browsing the butcher aisle of the local mega-mart (costco), I noticed they carry a pork brisket.  I've never attempted to prepare such an animal and was wondering if any of you have?  Couldn't really tell because of the packaging but it seemed to be pretty lean.  I'm not sure what the best cooking method would be.  Any experience?  Ideas?

Thanks,
Danny

Interesting. I've never seen a pork brisket, but I have seen turkey wieners.

For cooking, lower and slower. For spices, mo' hotter, mo' better. Habaneros rule!
